WHAT TO EXPECT: You will be oriented to the space and meet your instructor. Please let him or her know about any concerns, questions, or limitations you have. Please remove your shoes and socks upon entry and leave them under the benches in the front lobby. All other belongings can be secured in the areas provided. Props and hand towels are provided free of charge.


HOW TO PREPARE: Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement. Shoes and socks are not to be worn in class. Please drink plenty of water prior to and after class. Also, it is good to eat a light snack before class. Please avoid practicing on an empty or a full stomach.


WHAT TO BRING: You will need a mat and water. Mats and mat towels can be rented or purchased at the studio. However, we recommend you that you bring your own since our mat rental supply is limited. Water bottles, Rehydrate and other pre/post yoga essentials are available for purchase at the studio. You can also fill your bottle with complimentary filtered water. A change of clothes is recommended since we do get quite sweaty after our hot yoga classes. We have a changing room and a locker/storage room for your belongings.


EARLY ARRIVAL: Early arrival is highly recommended to reserve your spot for class. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early, especially for new students, so you have time to sign in, pay, change, and get settled. On your first visit you will be required to fill out a waiver and release so please allow additional time for that. The door is locked at the start of each class, so please plan to be on time out of respect for your fellow practitioners and the instructor.


PRE-REGISTRATION: Although pre-registration is not required, it is highly encouraged! You can also pre-register for either location through the free MINDBODY app, available on the app store. When you pre-register, your spot will be reserved up until 5 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are not there to claim your spot at that time, it will be opened up for clients on standby.


AGE REQUIREMENT: Due to the need for quieting the mind and to obtain relaxation and focus, respectful behavior is required. In addition, since we do practice in a heated studio, we do not recommend our classes for students under the age of 14. A parent or guardian is required to be present for attendees under the age of 18. Please contact us directly for any questions regarding yoga for younger students. We will do our best to help and accommodate!
