Molly Williams

Molly discovered yoga in her young teens due to her mother's influence and has become one of her deep passions. The challenge it presents to her mentally and to her body keeps her inspired thus creating the desire to share her love. Her goal is to teach a balanced and super playful classes that allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga.

  • Creative high energy fusion of bikram and vinyasa practiced in high humidity and heat. Bring towel and water. Get ready to sweat and challenge your mind!!!  ALL LEVEL  HEAT: HIGH (95F+) HUMIDITY: ~40%
