Molly Williams

Molly discovered yoga in her young teens due to her mother's influence and has become one of her deep passions. The challenge it presents to her mentally and to her body keeps her inspired thus creating the desire to share her love. Her goal is to teach a balanced and super playful classes that allow everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga.


Molly Williams instructs the following:
  • HOT BUTI
  • Fusion of power yoga, tribal dance in a heated room for an intense total body workout. Get ready to sweat! Bring your water and towel! 
    ALL LEVEL HEAT: HIGH(+95F)

  • Hatha/Basic Flow
  • All-level class. Slower-moving sequences with emphasis on form and developing strength and stability in the body, while connecting to the breath. Heat: low to moderate (78-85 degrees)
